SiC/Al、Si/Al、B4C/Al composites

              National Engineering Technology Research Center for Nonferrous Metals Compositesdeveloped a series of aluminum matrix composites products, which have been extensively applied at the fields of aerospace, electronic packaging, nuclear industry and automobile etc. Typical products consist of 15vol.%SiC/Al composite for aeronautic structural components, 20~25vol.%SiC/Al composites for aerospace structural components, 45~65vol.%SiC/Al composites for aerospace structure-function integral components, 60~70vol.%SiC/Al and 20~50vol.%Si/Al composites for electronic packaging, as well as 20~40vol.%B4C/Al composites for neutron absorption component used at nuclear plant. The performance of all above products is in the lead of domestic similar products. Timely supplying of over 60 tons of composites materials per year now is achievable.
