High Performance Aluminum Alloy Structure Parts
              National Engineering Technology Research Center for Non-ferrous Metals Composite is mainly engaged in thedevelopment and trial work ofhigh performance aluminum alloy, including the optimization anddesignation of alloy composition, melt processing, fine-grained and homogeneous casting,control forming, heat treatment and nondestructive testing,which achieves effective control of the microstructure and properties of alloy andbreaks through the bottleneck of mandatory uniform solidification technologyfor large volume and high alloying aluminum alloy melt. Combination of squeeze casting, semi-solid forging, semi-solid rheological and thixotropic forming and other advanced forming technology, the properties of high performance aluminum alloy structure parts could reach the leading domestic level, and some products have been successfully applied in the fields of automotive, rail transportation, aerospace and weapons. A single piece of high performance structural part could weight up to 50Kg and the outline dimension couldreach 21 inches or 200 x 300 x 600mm.
